Sync Startrek or other WM5 device w/ Lotus Notes?

My GF and I are both looking at the StarTrek phone. My office uses Exchange 2003 SP2 so I know i won't have a problem getting it to sync up over the air. But her office uses Lotus Notes, something i'm not very familure with. Is there a way for her to get it to sync up over the air or can Lotus Notes only sync with Blackberry devices?

xtend conects from handango lets you synch with lotus notes unsure whether it via air or wired only though?
