GD55 users, anyone experience 'freeze'?

my GD55 locked itself twice in two days...
one time, i went into 'browser' and it froze, none of the buttons worked.. i had to take out battery and put it back in again..
just now, the phone was in "SEARCHING" mode, and i just pressed phone numbers and pressed 'send' .. and it froze..
darn it, anyone experiencing same thing? i might as well return this thing if this keeps up

ya mine did it to me the other day once, but now everything seems to be ok
