Toshiba 2032 compatability with VoiceDial?

Last week I purchased a Toshiba 2032 from Sprint. The main problems I have found are:

1) must use headset or subject those around you to the speakerphone.

2) lack of built-in voice dial capabilities.

The second item is my greatest concern. I downloaded VoiceDial from www.fonix.com. It seems that this program is only compatable with Pocket PC Phone edition, which is not the OS on the Toshiba 2032 (it uses the standard Pocket PC platform).

Does anyone know of a program that will work for the Pocket PC platform? I have looked into the service that Sprint offers for $5/month and it seems not to integrate well with MS Outlook. (VoiceDial integrates wonderfully, by the way).
