Uploading ring tones, yes yes bare with me

Sorry for all the questions but I don't want to break anything.
Ok so I have been running wavpad to take stuff out of the songs, then using moto phone tools to upload them, problem is moto phone tools shrinks the file down to 32bite rate and it makes the song sound bad, so I want to use wav pad and make the bite rate at 96 and upload with p2kman.
So my quesiton is, if I just upload songs with p2kman will I risk blowing my speaker ?
