How to Edit Seem for V3r to slove the voicemail alert message? thanks

Hello, anybody know how to edit the seem for v3r to avoid that weir message for the voicemail alert? try the method for L7 L6 and V3 (edit seem 0032-0001) not working for V3r, any people know how to fix it?
