A 6.1 MB file is killing my internal memory

I've always tried to keep at least 9 or 10 MBs of internal memory free at all times. My Treo 650 just seems to work better/freeze less if I do so. I've been successful -- up until last week.
That's when I noticed (using FileZ) that my internal memory had mysteriously dropped to 3 MBs. I see (by using FileZ) that a 6.1 MB file has recently appeared in my list of files.
The name of the file is "POP1698002516." The file type is "attc." I don't know what this is. Does anyone recognize it? Can I safely delete it -- or move it to my 1 GB card?
Thanks.

What you should do is THINK, lol. Think back & try to remember if you installed anything that might create such a file. If you can't think of anything, do a backup(just in case) and then delete it & see what happens. If it crashes, restore it.

Check the media app and and see if you have a video saved in the internal memory.

I ended up copying it and moving it to my SD card (just in case) and then deleted from my devise.
Everything seems to still run fine (and I've freed up 6 Mb of memory!).
I still don't know what the file is -- but I guess it really doesn't matter.
My thanks to you both.
