MP3s get quiet on my e815

i put some Mp3s on my e815 and i notice when i play a song its nice and loud for a second then it quiets down a bunch and i cant turn it up any higher. what is with this? i notice if i play a music video it will play it full volume but not mp3's. is there some sort of auto volume feature enabled on the e815 or what? any way around this?
