retreiving a MFT backup

My U6 got sever water damage, and has gone to cell phone heaven.
Now, i need to retreive my backup of phone numbers, but have no moto phone to plugin to my computer. How can i go abouts retreiving the backup i made and read it? I have many numbers i need, so im hoping i can.
