SE W810i Freezing

Hello everybody!
I'm hoping someone can help me with a problem I've been having lately. My phone constantly freezes and is non responsive. I'm forced to take the battery out and and put it back in to turn it on.

have you tried popping the memorystick out and seeing if it "un" freezes?
