I bought the motorola V3 on Ebay. And don't work with Tmobile. I sent to Motorola and they said that the software is not supported in USA region. What's that? Can any body help me please?

He probally talking about the firmware how its branded and locked to another network,
Anyways you have to UNLOCK the phone for it to be used with your network

Just find a Mp of 42.10r with tmobile brand flex and flash your fone with it, you can find the mp in moto x
