I noticed when I sync'd all my info from Outlook(ExchangeServer) It counted all my contacts, 1238 in all, but some of them seemed to be missing, what i found out is that for some reason they are ALL sorted by either first or last name not Company Name like in other phones.

I have a lot of contacts that i only know by company name, how can I search by the Company name and not the person?

The only way available to truly manage your Contacts in the E61 seems to be by Groups. I have My Company, Vendors, Family, Friends, Personal and individual "groups" for entities with larger memberships. Add members to each group and then the search becomes more manageable. Hope this helps.
