Verizon and Us Cellular V3c

I just got a Us Cellular V3c and damn this is crippled to hell, but onto my main question.

Any mod/seem/flash i find for the Verizon V3c will work with my Us Cellular V3c?

Probably, if the seem works for the Alltel V3c (the Verizon V3c is similar, but some things are different because it doesn't use the Motorola UI like the Alltel does) ... just save your original

how is it cripple i have one and it is not cripple ?

I have my V3m on bitpim and when it attempts to convert a ringtone I am getting this error message.
