My phone doesn't work and sent to Motorola they told me the software not support United Region. How can I get it fixed? Another guy show me to flash, but I get the error.

What's that? and how to get it fixed to work in US

Ok you have post double post , that's hard to keep track to help you, stick to one post.
Now that i know your fone is a V3R not a regular V3
Tell us exactly what went wrong??
You said you have used it for few day then it stop working?
What is the fone doing now?

well lets say u sent it to Motorola Canada, which my friend works at. He too will send the phone back unrepaired along with a similar letter. the reason is because motorola Canada OR Usa does NOT have the software at their service centre for that market phone. maybe motorola Italy or Motorola china have it? you have to find out.

Another forum tell me to use p2kman, I tried to use it and there is not thing that phone (not any file) I see some directories, but no file at all. I take my risk to try to transfer some file I download on the net to transfer PC-->Phone, but it fail. Does any body has any clue?

chang your bootloader to 8.23 or the latest 8.26
