D807: help with connection using bluetooth

hello, i'm having problem connecting my phone w/ my pc so i can upload files...etc. I'm using Samsung pc studio, plugged in my bluetooth thingy into my usb port and use that software to connect to it ... the phone was able to see the device but on the software side, it keep saying failed to connect ...
can someone give me instructions on how to do this? thank you very much.
there's a bluetooth icon on the tray when i mouse over, it said "Bluetooth, 7 service(s) start, 1 incoming connection - which is file transfer ... but the samsung pc studio won't connect ... i selected the manual connection , go from port 4 thru 14, none of them let me connect :-(
