MMS pics recieved not full screen (postage stamp sized)

Recently got an unbranded 650 and set it up for T-Mobile. Everything works perfectly (Versa, Blazer, all settings, etc) except that when I recieve a picture via MMS it is TINY, like less than a postage stamp size. If I recieve the same picture via email it is fine. Is there some setting somewhere I need to change? If I put my SIM in any of my other phones the problem is gone; doesn't happen. Suggestions??

i am having this problem too and i dont know if anyone was able to figure this out
