New Cingular Phone

Looking for a new phone after my T616 was stolen after a long enjoyable run of about two years. The features I would like to have are:
Not too bulky
Speakerphone
1+ MP camera (hopefully w/ a cover for the lens)
MP3 player
Expandable memory
Bluetooth
850 and 1900 bands
I have cingular (in CA) and I’m looking to get a deal by signing a 2 year contract. What I’m looking at right now are the LG CU500 ($79.99) and Samsung D807 ($129.99). Another option is to hold out for the SE w810 but I don’t know how much that would cost. I would like to stay within $150 US. BTW I won’t be using the internet on my phone.
Any other suggestions or advice? Thanks in advance.

The lg cu 500 seems to meet all your needs although it doesnt have a cover for the lens.

Indeed, thanks. Anyone see any advantages of the Samsung over the LG (other than the hidden lens)?
