the scroll down, back and asnwer keys dont work.....?? is this a kyocera problem?? cause this has happend to 3 of my friends.....the phone always worked perfectly but after 4-5 months or so it started doing this.....i dunno im just curious maybe its only on the ealier versions of the kx5...

i just got the cricket insurance thing so i can just pick up a new phone if it starts being screwy.. i'm paranoid since i paid so much for it.

well now the keys mentioned above never worked again and my ear speaker stopped wrkg.....

my "up" nutton sticks sometimes and it still works but it doesnt make the BEEp aound when pressing sometimes and it feels like u arent pressing it.

Well mine would just shut off when I tried to scroll through the contact menu so I gave it to alltel and they sent it off that was 2 MONTHS ago and now they dont even cary that freaking phone. I still dont have the phone and AllHELL says they cant do anything for 3 months.

they could have sent you a replacement........they do have those so don't act like they dont, Just ask them

if all else fails just switch it out.....u can do that too......you must have some sucky workers at ur local store

I do my local store SUCKS but they dont have any left at this store. They said that after the 3 months is past they can consider the phone lost and they said that since they dont have any more of those phones they will have to give me a Razr. Which I dont really care for. The store that is in the town 30 min away still has a few because I called them and they said that they still have like 5 of them. So I am going to see if this store can get on from the other store
