What slim 3G-phone to buy?

I've been thinking about buying a slim 3G phone but have no idea which one to buy. Are there any slim 3G-phones on the market today/coming to the market soon? Brand doesn't really matter, as long as it's good looking and with decent performance.
Appreciate all tips!

The Samsung Z540 and the Moto V3x are the only ones that come to mind.
There's also a few new 3g Razrs coming out
