I have a motorola e815 and i want to play videos on it. i converted an mpeg file to 3gp, 3g2, and mp4, and all did not work.. they all are on my videos, and i can select them. but when i select them it goes to the normal playing screen (the little controls and the name of the file and duration) but then nothing happens and after a few seconds it goes to the home screen and says no service. any help is appreciated

any comments would be appreciated. is there one file form that works better than other...maybe a file size limit...anything please...should i contact motorola or verizon?
