Hi there. I can't synch the repeating events to my Treo 650. The repeating events that are on Outlook (2003) transfer (The ones that outlook has on it, like memorial day, labor day....), but not the ones I entered (such as birthday, anniversaries...).
Is there something I can do so I don't enter all the repeating items on my treo manually? Anybody had a similar problem. Is there a simple cure for this?
I searched the palm boards and could not find a similar problem. Thanks for your help.

Hi, Sorry but my reply is not going to be of much use but i had the same problem when running a symbian Sony p910.
I range the helpline and although it will sync with oulook, it does not support the repeat option. Now whether its the same with Palm or not i dont know because i have always used Palm's desktop which i find easier.
You can manually set it to repeat via the calander on your Palm by highlighting the event and going to details, you can press the even repeat option here.
BTW i dont own a 650 (wishfull thinking) but i only presume its the same as the tungsten.
Sorry i have been no help, but sometimes its nice just to have a reply

Thanks. The problem is they don't synch at all. The repeating events are not on my Treo at all. If they were there, I can change them.

I'm still looking for help, thanks.
some of the repeating events are on my palm. When I compare the ones that were synced to my phone and the ones that didn't, I don't see any difference. I'm not sure why do and why some don't.
If I enter them on my palm and sync, I have doubles in Outlook. I can go throughout the year and do this, but I still want to know if anybody has a solution to this. Thanks.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm having the same problem with my 700p.

what fixed it for me is to reinstall everything from the CD that came with my 650. However, before it would be fixed then stop working. I tried Air cleaning the connections. Cleaning it with alcohol, make sure the connections are clean. Jiggling the wire, make sure palm desktop is on as well as disconnecting and connecting the USB wire. At times, one of these would work, or any combination of 2 or 3. I hope that helps
