6230b modding help

i have 2 6230b. one is working except the loud speaker doesnt work, i´ve replaced it and it still doesnt do anything, the volume is all up. is ther anyway i can reflash it? where can i get help about flashing/flexing nokias? im pretty new to modding nokias.
the other one seems to be working but if i turn it on with a sim in, it gets really hot at the bottom. any advice?
