Confused from 8125 or 8125!!

Okay here's the deal. I have an offer of a brand new 8125 for $350. The thing is that I already signed up at the cingular store and purchased one for $295 out the door (2 year contract, again) and with a $100 mail-in rebate ($195 after mail in rebate.)

I still have time to return the phone because it hasn't met the 3 day policy*

What should i do, return the phone and just purchase the phone from someelse brand new for $350 and not worry about 2 year contract? or keep the contract and phone for $295 ($195 after rebate) for 2 years?

It's not like I'm going to change phone company's, right!?

Get the $350 one, and get another phone from cingular. The phone that you get from cingular, sell it and make some money.

Any other thoughts? all your thoughts are welcomed because i don't know what to do. I can purchase the $350 and keep my number and no 2 year contract OR continue keeping the phone i purchased through cingular for $295 ($195 after rebate) with a 2 year contract and new cell phone number!

I just noticed that i'd have to pay activation fee on my bill $36 extra and last month payment. So do you think just keeping my old number and just purchase the phone of someone else better?
