There about the same other than from factor one has edge where the other doesnt depends on what you need.

The only difference would be the edge i would think and form factor now if it was a v557 over the v3 I would choose the v557 beucase it has expandle memory and the v3 didnt.

they are the same really. the RAZR is smaller and the V551 has EDGE... those are the only differences
