Anybody know anything about this phone? It must be made for Cingular, as it's an 850/1900 WCDMA phone according to the FCC documents.

i think this one is UMTS/HSDPA and PTT i'm not 100% sure tho

I just assumed everyone here was a daily Engadget Mobile reader...

This got me started searching the FCC site:

Note that Engadget's link to the FCC site only returns a subset of the test docs on the CU400 (only the Bluetooth radio). You have to search for CU400 to find the rest, like this:
