Telus Razr v3c Skins/Themes

I'm looking for info on how to change the skins/themes on a telus v3c. I see posts about how to do it on an alltel v3c, but nothing on telus. Can someone please post some help towards this, like what programs you need to use, and what directory in the phone these files get placed. Thanks guys.
BTW if anyone has the Dolce & Gabbana theme for the razr can you please post it.
