sk2 problem :(

hi guys, i'm new here...but yah, i had a question abt my sk2...all of a sudden, it gave me this whole thing dat says "Network data services are currently unavailable. Either your GPRS APN setting is incorrect or your account is not configure for GPRS."
can n e one help??? i dunno how to sign back into the network and i checked my APN and its hiptop.t-mobile.com...

btw i already did a hard reset and a soft reset and now it still doesn't connect and i want all my pictures and contacts back, the pics are of me and my gf and i need them or she's gonna kill me O_O plzzz helppp
