Help USB Device Not Reconized ???

Hello everyone, I've got a problem and cant figure it out, so I though maybe someone here would know the answer.

Ok, I flashed my V180 to R365_G_0B.D2.23R and the phone was working fine. I found another one R368_G_0B.A0.0FR and thats where my problems began. Once I flashed R368_G_0B.A0.0FR the phone stopped working- it would only stay in bootloader mode. I tried flashing it back to R365_G_0B.D2.23R and even though the MultiFlashFlex says sucsessful flash its still the same.

So I started looking around to see how I could fix it. I was told to use RamLDR Improved. Ok so i run RamLDR and I clicked the erase button.

Now the bootloader wont even come on and the v180 wont connect to the comp. Every time I connect the USB to the phone it says: USB Device Not Reconized One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not reconize it. I even tried using a different computer but its still the same.

Did I do something wrong? If someone know how to fix this problem and change my phone back to R365_G_0B.D2.23R can you please help me out.
Im sorry for the long post I just want to let you guys know what happen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
