Okay I have a Sidekick II and recently dropped it. The screen was closed when I dropped it but opened when I picked it up. The screen is now acting up on me and I am going crazy I cannot be without my sidekick. It will work everyonce in a while, and is just white otherwise. When I open the sidekick I see the screen but it is there two times like the left half of the screen shows up twice. Please help me. Thanks In Advanced.

Now after all the resets and such it showed a whole lot of lines and then is still just white and the left directional button is lighting up pink.

this happens to the sk2 I currently have in possesion. Asurion sent it to me and its been acting up ever since I got it. Anyways, before I get started on a**-crap asurion, what has worked for me is letting the sk2 die and then letting it sit for a bit. You must plug it in in order for it to restart, once it does, if you have let it sit for a long enough time period, it will work fine. Don't drop it anymore!!!

buy a lanyard or a soft wrapping case for it!
