RAZR V3 capable periodic alert when message missed?

Does anyone know if the RAZR V3 is capable of some sort of periodic alert,
such as a tone or flash of the outside screen, when a message (voice or
text) has been left or call was missed? I'm a little disappointed so far
that there is no way to know if a call has been missed without opening the
phone or pushing a button. I'm hoping there is a setting to turn on a
message/missed call notification, but can't find one. Thanks!

Yup. Go to: Menu > Settings > RingStyles or Audio (depends on which you have) > Detail > It's the last option on the bottom titled "Reminders". YOu can set that to beep, off, or vibrate.

NOTE! You need to do this for each profile. i.e. what you do for "soft" will not change what is set for your "loud" setting and etc...

I hate that "nagging" feature. My sister has a Motorola on Verizon and when ever someone leaves a VM or missed call, it has this annoying high pitched beep and will not go off until you open it or press a side button. Very annoying.

Well, at least there's an "off" option. I guess it depends on the user.
