V3i will not turn on, totally unresponsive

My V3i RAZR just won't turn on. I've tried everything. The battery is not dead cuz it was fully charged and nothing happens when I plug it into the power adapter. NOTHING works. It just won't turn on.
Any suggestions on what I can do?

Take out the battery for like 1 min then put it back in hook it up to the charger and try to turn it on.

Return it for a new one. Unless of course you modded it..... but you could still luck out, some stores don't seem to care.
