Motorola RAZR V3c Speed Dial Question

On my old phone, I was able to use two-digit speed dial entries. But I can't figure out how to do it on this phone. For example, if I want to speed dial the entry at #65, I can press 6 then hold 5 but nothing happens.

The best I can figure out is to press 65 then hold down # until the contact list pops up, then press the green "send" button. This basically defeats the purpose of a speed dial.

Does anyone know how to make this faster?

afaik thats the only way to do it on motos, just get used to it..

im trying to figure out why they got rid of the OK+# shortcuts on the razrs..

No, the Motorola UI is the same.
Even on the E815 we have to press 21# Send for a speed dial (which I can do quicker than 21 where you have to hold the 1 down, you know? - so just use that fact as some sort of consulation - it may be more key presses, but it is quicker.
