Camera settings?

Whats the best picture quality u can get and what are the settings for it? what type of pic format should u pick and so on?

I think the first step is to pick JPEG image quality as high. That way the 
quality is very crisp. I think .PNG file format is used to send photos to other Panasonic phones. This come out at approx 25000bytes.
Panasonic advertise the resolution as 110,00 bytes. But i dont know of anyone who gets that kind of clarity. Let me know people?
