Hi im in italy on vacation and was wondering if i bought an unlocked TIM Blackberry 8700g, would it work normally when i put a cingular sim in, since in the US the 8700g is only available via T Mobile.

Yup. If it's used just make sure that the PIN isn't associated with a BIS account on the former carrier.
