Something slim and easy to use. There are so many different kinds and I have no idea which one is older/newer better/worse

Also if there are other companies I should look at, please advise but I say the Samsung because that is what she is used to. I don't think the e900 is good for my mom. She needs the send and end buttons layout. D415 looks like a brick and I think is pretty old.

other req : looks cool and bluetooth.

Get her a T809 since you're on T-Mobile. Nice and easy. If you want, you can also flash it to a D820, making it more featureful.

D500 or D600 aren't bad choices. I'm considering getting one myself, after I can get rid of my V635. I'm still not sure, so we'll see.

I've decided to extend with T-mobile. 1500 minutes for 79.99 family plan. 4 t809's for 100 bucks each. 2 yr contract. good deal or should I try to get more out of them?
