Motorola V360 Text Message issue

Whenever I try and text message the phone freeze's. I can get to the screen where it would normally allow me to type in my message to send and as soon as I hit any key to enter a word it freeze's and I can't do anything except take the battery out..Any ideas or fixes?

use p2k n find the a/itap_user_dictionary & delete it, that worked for me. other people have tried firmware updates, but i myself have no idea how to do that chit. hope it works out for ya
