I have a v3c and you can change the ring style by accident by hitting the key on the flip when it's closed. Is there any way to disable these keys?

there maybe a seem edit, but none that I have found as of yet. My v330 does the same thing when it's in my pocket, but if it's in a holster, then I don't have that problem

if you do not have the verizon interface, go to menu-settings-security-lock application. enter your 4 digit code and lock the ring styles. this will prevent you from changing the ring styles with the flip closed, but with it open you can use the volume keys to scroll through loud-soft-vibrate-silent without unlocking.

you could also lock the phone using the clr-* key combination, but that locks the whole phone until you press it again.

Thank you I went to security and locked the app. and this fixed my problem. Thank you Allen
