Motorola A1200 - PLEASE HELP!

Hi Everyone, I'm new to this forum and also Motorola phones.

I recently purchased the Motorola A1200 phone. I'm with Rogers so I put my sim card in the Motorola, yet I can't receive calls. I can do everything but receive calls. I'm able to make calls, receive and SEND text messages but can't receive calls. The weird part is, is that I can receive a call from one person I know. When this person calls me, my phone rings and works, yet when anyone else calls, nothing happens.

I went through all the settings and setup and can't figure it out. If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated!

hello
check ur video call setting and also make sure there aint any call barring activated.
also if u cud check some different sim and then see wat happens.
How is ur phone otherwise, looks great?? and wats the cost
