Cingular service.
I want a MP3 playing phone.
The price is right versus the SE Walkman phones which are out of my budget (under $200.00).
I would buy an unlocked phone in the non-Cingular specific version (no iTunes).
Opinions?

well, i dont like em, but if you only have a budget of under $200 i dont think you have any other option besides the ROKR or e398...
