AMR FR only on w810i and/or t637

I know that you can enable AMR on the w810i through davinci and the t637 has it built in but i was wondering if there was any way to have the phones use only AMR FR. I know that on moto it is very easy to ditch HR and have only FR. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

AMR is adaptive multi rate and FR is full rate and HR is half rate. It is simply the codec that is used to translate voice to data and data to voice on a gsm phone.
