I recently got a SKII from Ebay. I took the SIM card out of my old phone and put it in the SKII. I can make phone calls and text messages and all that stuff, but I can't use network features like the Web Browser, Email, AIM, or the Fun Store. I am getting a message saying "Network data services are currently unavailable. Either your GPRS APN setting is incorrect or your account is not configure for GPRS." Is there anyway to fix this????

Also, The previous owner had left some information on it, like their Username and stuff. I cleared all that stuff out. Will I have to make a new username? It seems to be ok without one...

Call t-mobile customer care and have them remove your current text/ mms plan and t-zones if you have it and then add "T-mobile Sidekick Unlimited" which is $20.00 which is unlimited everything its the main part of the sidekick data. then your activation screen will eventully show up and have you make your user name etc. then youll be good to go

Unless you have prepaid then you still call CS And tell them you want the Prepaid Sidekick plan its 1 dollar per day you get unlimited Internet, TXT, And Email you calls are 15 cent per minute.
