v3damaged

First, i'll describe what happened, then ask my question.

Had a little problem today with my v3m. I dropped it when sitting on a reclining couch. Lucky enough for me, the phone only fell into the couch, getting wedged between to metal pieces, in a spot making it nearly impossible to remove. After about 15 minutes i got it out, but it took quite a beating in the process. Picture at the bottom!
All the lighter marks are gashes into the phone, leaving just metal there now. I can't even read the Verizon logo on the back anymore, since only "v zon" is visible. . Theres scratches all along the front left side, and a considerably deep gash near the voice command button on the right.

My question is whether i can get just the back panel, the one covering the battery replaced. It's looser now that it got damaged, and I'm afraid that over time, it'll end up falling off, leaving my battery exposed, along with the rest of the inside of my phone.
I'm taking it to the Verizon store tomorrow, but if they can;t help me out, does anyone have any advice, or know of somewhere i can have this replaced?

Thanks!
