E815 Unable to charge, How do I disassemble?

My 9 month old e815 is suddenly unable to charge on any of the 3 working moto chargers I have tried. I have been limping it along by charging its battery in my wifes phone, but I need to fix it. My rwater dot is red (though I know I never got the phone wet) So verizon help is out of the question. I have read on here that this is often causer by a poor soldering connection to the pinout brick on the bottom of the phone. How do I get the little piece of plastic casing that is over the speaker and below the battery cover off so I can check? I don't see any screws or clips and I'd rather not break it. Thanks in advance

I got the same problem. It's very annoying. Sometimes my phone starts charging and then it will stop and also it turns itself on and off when I have the charger in.
