Nokia 6020 and SMS

Has anybody seen a fault with the above where the handset sends out blank SMS message at random intervals and there is nothing obvious happening to the hanfset when this is happening.
Bluetooth has been turned off and as I far as I know the handset doesn't have a virus.
I've heard of it happening to numerous different Nokia's.
Could it be a the firmware?
Any ideas?

u should post this at the nokia forum...its a s40 phone~
and yes it could be the firmware...havent heard of this prob on s60 yet thou..
