E815 Problem . . . won't turn on

Ok, drained the battery dry on a business trip. Brought it home and plugged it into the charger and turned it on. The phone worked fine (I checked my voice mail with the phone plugged in), so I walked away and let it charge -- when I came back to look at it a few hours later, the external display was flashing on and off (nothing displayed, just bright / dark flash) and when I opened the phone it was displaying the Motorola welcome / boot screen (also flashing on and off).

I unplugged it (after two hours of being plugged in) and I cannot even get it to turn on. I've removed the battery twice and replaced it, still no luck.

Any ideas? Hopefully it's not dead.

Also, sep. question, when is the CDMA SLVR coming on on VZW?

if its under warranty take it back. Also did you have a power surge or anything . The slvr hopefully be out before then end of the year probably in october.

How long is warranty? Have had the phone for 10 months.

SLVR CDMA out by end of October? Coool.

Its a year warranty on the phone verizon will have to order u a replacement you didnt seem edited it did you . Yeah the slvr might be out about the same time the razr came out but i dont know for sure im waiting for it too.
