RAZR V3m problem with date and call history

I tried a few of the mods and seem edits and now I have two weird problems with my razr V3m.

[1] The date my phone displays is incorrect. Right now it shows May 10, but every time I restart the phone the date moves back 5 days. So next time it will be May 5, then April 30, etc.

[2] My call history log doesn't work. I can make and receive calls, but they don't get logged. Text messages do get logged normally.

Has anyone seen/heard of this problem before?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The seem edits I made were changing the banner (within the V and the S only), allowing data transfer, changing the orange background on external display and enabling DUN access. I tried undoing all these edits, but the problem is still there.

I also changed the images for startup/shutdown and the external window. Where can I find the original images to restore so I can take it back to the verizon store if necessary?

I took it back to the verizon store and they gave me a new phone. They had no idea what was causing the problem.
