Now that milleniastudio is no longer allowing access to its files, I need to get macberry from somewhere else. Since I'm using a Mac, it would be great if anyone could point me in the direction to an OTA download for it. Thanks for any help!

It isn't available anywhere else. You'd get tired of it anyways. I was over it in about 2 days.

Take a look here. The user tweeked the original MacBerry theme a little and has posted links to download the theme. There's also an OTA link.

Yes it's not the original theme however look it over and i don't think you will find any differences. I just updated the 8700 series Mac theme with version #4.
