Can't receive video messages

I have an unlocked U6 PEBL that I am using on Cellular One's system. The phone has been setup to work with WAP access and SMS messaging with no problem, but for whatever reason I am unable to receive MMS video messages. I AM able to send MMS videos so I don't believe that my settings are the issue. Whenever I receive a MMS video message my phone indicates that it is receiving an MMS video, but when I open it the only visible item is the filename of the video. Also, I am able to send and receive picture MMS , but cannot receive video MMS.
Any help would be appreciated,
