We can't handle real issues? Yeah well good luck getting anything handled at any COR location in my area unless you're wanting to get a new line of service. Other than that the reps point to either the bill pay station or the customer service phone and says next. To the OP: You're on your 3rd phone, you should be able to ask the XBM Rep to notate your account so you can pick up at a COR store. Generally they will do that after the second bad phone. |
