Try to access voice recorder files on 6800???

Greetings all!
I have a 6800 and I am trying to find a way to gain access to the "voice recorder" files on my phone with my phone connected to my PC. I talked to Nokia Tech Supp. and the guy said that he is able to see the files on his Nokia (diff. model) so my phone must have been programmed to not allow access. So my take is that there must be a way to unlock access to those files.
I currently have nokia PC Suite. 
Is there anyone out there that has any ideas?
