Need Help Setting up web Browser for SLVR L6 & L7

I bought these phones on ebay. (unlocked, etc) I have not been able to connect to the internet. I have Cingular Services and followed the directions on their web site with no luck. Can someone direct me as to how to set the Browser up?
Also, I have an extemely weak signal on the L6. It won't work inside the house. I keep getting a "No Service" display on the screen.
One more question, there is no GPRS indicator on the L6, any ideas as to why?

cingular supports both phones - have you tried having the settings sent to you ota?
log onto your cingular account, click on support where it says phone/device, then select motorola and L6 or L7, then under device setup click on auto configure for media services and follow instructions.
were these phones unlocked from motorola or unlocked off another provider?
